To receive data, we need the following information about your festival or event:

Contact information
Email that will receive the responses — we recommend a general inbox like “accessibility@”
Share the Survey
Promote the Scorecard on your event website, social media and print materials using the Toolkit
Share a link to the Scorecard survey by placing QR codes around your event, and sending an email afterwards
Access feedback and data in your Organizer dashboard
Toolkit for Film Events
FWD-Doc has prepared this toolkit for those events signed-up to receive data related to their event from Film Event Accessibility Scorecard responses. As events, it means you get real feedback that recognizes your excellence in accessibility and tangible ways to improve accessibility based on the experiences of real attendees.
Use this toolkit and included graphics and copy to promote your involvement and encourage your audiences to fill out the scorecard. The more you promote - the more feedback you will get.
