Submit Feedback — Make an Impact
If you have recently attended a film event or festival, we want to hear your experience as a filmmaker, speaker, panelist, patron, and more. Take 15 minutes to fill out our survey and provide event organizers with meaningful feedback that can help them create more accessible events.
How It Works
1) Sign-up
Click “Submit Feedback” below and enter your name and email address. You will then receive an email with a link to the Scorecard Feedback Survey.
2) Select your event
Choose the film festival or event you attended from an existing list, or add it yourself if you don’t find the one you’re looking for.
3) Share your experience
Complete the survey based on your own experience. Please only answer questions about access practices you experienced or encountered firsthand.
4) Choose what you share
The survey includes some demographic questions. Select demographic information may be shared with event organizers to help them better understand their communities. You can also choose to share your contact information if you would like to be contacted about your responses in the future.
5) Go to more events — and share more feedback!
You can fill out a new survey form for each event you attend.
